For a 21+ Christmas plan, pair the booked tasting with a bottle from the same visit. Both rooms can do that.
Bottle Your Own from the Barrel is $99.99. Walk in at 425 Church Street or at 222 Fesslers Lane, choose a barrel, and fill a bottle on site. No reservation. That is the gift bottle at both locations.
If the gift should include a guide, book it. The Single Barrel Experience is $150, about 60 minutes, and includes a bottle. That is a tasting, not the purchase of a whole barrel. The Whiskey Flight from the Barrel is $35. A bartender thiefs four drams straight from the barrel and you taste them at the bar. The tours page describes it as served at the bar rather than as a guided tour. Walk-ins are accepted at both locations. In December, book a guide-led tasting first. Use the flight when those times are gone, or hold the downtown flight or hold the HQ flight if you still want that hour kept.
