Taste through different whiskey profiles. Build your own blend. Dial in your proof. Take home a bottle that exists nowhere else in the world. 60 minutes.
See All ExperiencesThe Blend Your Own Whiskey session is NBC's most creative experience — and the one guests talk about the most. Over 60 minutes with a guide, you'll taste through different mashbills and whiskey profiles, experiment with ratios, and build a blend that's entirely your own. Then you dial in the proof by adding water incrementally until it's exactly where you want it. The result is a bottle that is genuinely, technically unique. No one else made your blend. No one else has your bottle.
Nashville Barrel Company was named Tennessee Blender of the Year — this session is taught by the same team that earned that title. This is the most popular experience for bachelorette parties, anniversaries, and corporate team events — because every person leaves with a different bottle, and the process of making it together is genuinely memorable.
