Bottle Your Own ($99.99, walk-in) lets you fill a bottle straight from one of our award-winning single barrels. Blend Your Own ($200, book ahead) is a 60-minute guide-led session where you build your own blend and set your own proof. Both end with a custom-labeled bottle.
